Safety during the COVID -19 crisis is very important.   

To protect our homes and visitors anyone under the weather and entering a property must wear a face mask. The face-covering must cover the mouth and nose at all times while in the home for a showing. 

The use of a mask or face covering should not be seen as a substitute for social distancing. Please continue to observe CDC rules regarding appropriate distancing while on the premises. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Application Fee = $65 per adult living in the home.

Pet Fee is decided by individual Owners!

All Adults living in the home must submit an application.  Applicants must provide proof of income and agree to criminal, credit, and eviction history.  Renters Insurance is required.  Contact us with questions at sharmarealtyllcservices@gmail.com.
